Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all accessories sold by our shop provided the item:
- has not been used, and
- is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in its original condition,
- with all tags/packaging intact (where applicable),
- free from damage or signs of wear.
3. How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Once your return is approved, you will ship the item back to us (you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process the refund or exchange.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Exchanges can be made subject to item availability; if you choose an exchange and there is a price difference, we will invoice or refund accordingly.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item.
5. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns — we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so we can make it right.
7. Items Not Eligible
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are returned beyond the 30-day window will not qualify for return or exchange.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply from the date posted on the website.
